Editorial sources and image credits

Reviewed: 15 October 2026

The starter packs and learning pages are independent myAudience editorial pages, operated by PrometheusPlatforms LLC. They are not official accounts of NASA, Michelin or Choose Chicago and do not imply endorsement. Factual reading notes link to their sources in the comments area. Archived images are dated; generated illustrations are labeled.

Learning, nature and historical illustrations

Biology lessons use original myAudience SVG concept diagrams, not source textbook figures or measured specimens. Historical scenes and nature/travel images are original generated illustrations. Their captions describe interpretation and uncertainty; biographies do not show authenticated portraits, and city/landscape images do not establish exact viewpoints or current conditions. Source notes support the text rather than authenticate the artwork. No exam-board, destination, institution or named person's endorsement is implied.

Game rendering

The optional physical game renderer uses Three.js, copyright 2010–2026 three.js authors, under the MIT license. Game rules, levels, materials and artwork are independently authored except for credited assets below. Example projects and named games are references, not endorsements.

Sky Rider terrain

Rock09 by Jenelle van Heerden, published by Poly Haven under CC0. The game uses a reduced-polygon, rescaled version with the original 1K color, normal and surface maps embedded in glTF. Download the game model. Sky Rider's other characters and modeled scenery are original Blender artwork; its distant landscapes and basalt ground image are original generated illustrations.

Sky Rider original dragon

The first guardian is an original dragon generated through a paid Tripo plan, with independently authored Blender skinning repairs and flight, attack and defeat animation. It is distributed under the paid-output rights in Tripo's terms, section 5.2.2. The supplied Tripo Demo model is not included. Other game models retain their credits above.

Chicago skyline

Photo by Bladerunner2019, photographed from Lake Michigan on 15 October 2011. Original and source. Used under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. The local image was resized and converted to WebP. This derivative remains available under the same license: download image.

Earthrise

NASA/Bill Anders, Apollo 8, 24 December 1968. Original image and caption. Used for factual editorial information under NASA media usage guidelines. Resized and converted to WebP. No NASA logo or endorsement is implied.

Food illustration

Original AI-generated illustration commissioned for myAudience: roasted vegetables with herbs and sauce beside bread on a warmly lit restaurant table. Created with the built-in image generation tool on 2 October 2026, then resized and converted to WebP. It depicts an imagined meal, not a named restaurant, real review or Michelin-awarded dish.

Jezero delta panorama

NASA/JPL-Caltech/ASU/MSSS, Perseverance, 2022. Original panorama and caption. Resized to 1600 pixels wide and converted to WebP under the NASA media usage guidelines above. Black regions are missing areas of the stitched panorama, retained from the original.

Breakfast and market illustrations

Original AI-generated illustrations commissioned for myAudience on 2 October 2026: berry pancakes with honey on a cafe table (portrait), and an overhead vegetable basket on linen (square). Both were created with the built-in image generation tool, then resized and converted to WebP. These are imagined scenes, not photographs of a named cafe, market or rated restaurant.

James Webb Space Telescope

Pillars of Creation (NIRCam, 2022): NASA, ESA, CSA, STScI; image processing Joseph DePasquale, Anton Koekemoer and Alyssa Pagan (STScI). Cosmic Cliffs (NIRCam and MIRI, 2022): NASA, ESA, CSA, STScI. Both are authentic processed infrared observations, with visible colors assigned to measurements. Local copies were resized and converted to WebP without cropping, under the NASA media guidelines above.

Expanded pack illustrations and learning diagrams

Twenty-two pack covers and two ancient-wonder scenes are original AI-generated illustrations, commissioned with the built-in image generation tool on 3 October 2026. Historical scenes are interpretive reconstructions, not archaeological evidence. Space cover art is separate from the authentic Webb observations credited above. No game artwork or branded product imagery is used. Images were resized and converted to WebP. Mathematics, force, water-molecule and osmosis diagrams are original simplified SVG schematics; labels and units are supplied explicitly, not generated inside a photograph. Learning notes support selected topics and do not represent complete or equivalent national curricula.

One hundred gallery illustrations

Four additional original AI-generated illustrations per editorial page were commissioned with the built-in image generation tool on 3 October 2026. They cover learning, historical reconstructions, space, travel, food and creative interests. These are imagined editorial scenes, not evidence of historical details, real destinations, restaurants or astronomical observations. Each post states its image status. Full prompts, originals and dimensions are preserved in the project provenance manifest. Optimized copies retain the whole generated image at 960 × 1200 pixels and were converted to WebP without cropping. Scientific diagrams and authentic Webb observations remain separately labeled above.

Nine wonder illustrations

Nine further original generated illustrations accompany readings on the Hanging Gardens, the Colossus and the seven monuments selected by the 2007 New7Wonders vote. The vote is distinct from UNESCO recognition. Lost-monument scenes are speculative; surviving-site illustrations are interpretations, not condition surveys. Whole images were resized to 960 × 1200 and converted to WebP. Prompts, originals and source-review notes are retained in the project. This credit grants no rights in depicted monuments; the Christ the Redeemer operator's separate landmark licensing claim is recorded in the source-review notes. No landmark license was obtained.

World-history cover illustrations

Forty-two additional original illustrations accompany the world-history publishers. They interpret specific settings, with the scene identified in each publisher’s bio and illustrated reading. Figures, clothing, heraldry and city layouts are imagined details, not authenticated portraits or archaeological surveys. The Korean publisher’s cover interprets a Joseon court; its Silla reading remains text-only. Source references support historical discussion and do not license depicted monuments or imply endorsement. Whole images retain 960 × 1200 dimensions. Prompts, final originals, rejected candidates and review notes are preserved in project provenance.

Bob Bounce sound effects

Sound effects by Kenney, from Impact Sounds and Interface Sounds, released under CC0 1.0 Universal. Selected sounds were converted from Ogg Vorbis to PCM WAV for browser compatibility. Sound is optional and starts muted. Source filenames, hashes and conversion details are retained in the project provenance; this credit does not imply endorsement.
