Terms of Service

These terms apply to myAudience at my-audience.com, operated by PrometheusPlatforms LLC (Illinois, United States). When you create an account, you must expressly accept the terms shown at signup. Contact admin@prometheusplatforms.ai for account help, complaints, content reports or questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to use myAudience. If local law requires a parent or guardian's permission to agree to these terms, obtain it before creating an account. Do not create an account for someone under 16 or misrepresent your eligibility. The signup declaration does not establish independently verified age. Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others or use accounts to evade a justified restriction.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including permission where required for another person's image or private information. By submitting content, you give myAudience a non-exclusive license limited to storing, processing, adapting its format for display and delivering it to your chosen audience as needed to operate the service. This does not grant ownership of your work or permission to sell it, use it in unrelated advertising or train general-purpose AI models.

That license lasts while the content is available through the service and for the limited period needed for restricted backups, legal obligations or resolving a relevant dispute after removal. Copies already made by recipients are outside our control. Privacy settings do not prevent recipients from taking screenshots or making other copies. Do not post confidential information you cannot risk sharing.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, sexual exploitation or abuse of children, credible threats, harassment, stalking, hate or targeted abuse, fraud, non-consensual intimate material, or disclosure of private information without permission. Do not infringe copyright or other rights. Do not distribute malware, spam or deceptive content, manipulate interactions through automated abuse, bypass access controls, harvest private information or disrupt the service.

Use contact lookup only for addresses you are entitled to submit and review them before sending. Do not use it to enumerate accounts or send unwanted invitations. Circle administrators should manage membership fairly and explain relevant group expectations; membership can expose retained group history to newly accepted members.

Reporting and account restrictions

Use available report or block controls and contact admin@prometheusplatforms.ai for urgent safety concerns, copyright complaints or appeals. Include the affected content link, a description of the issue and information that helps us verify your claim; do not send unnecessary sensitive information. The service is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.

We may restrict content, features or accounts where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement or serious disruption. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us for review; urgent action or legal restrictions may limit prior notice. We do not promise continuous monitoring or a fixed response time for every report. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support.

Beta availability and responsibility

The current service is provided for public beta testing. Features can change, pause or become unavailable, and bugs or data loss can occur. Keep your own copies of material you need. We will use reasonable care in operating the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or a particular audience or outcome. Feed suggestions are not professional, medical or mental-health advice.

You are responsible for your own content and lawful use. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. They do not require you to waive privacy rights, submit to mandatory arbitration or give up courts or remedies available under applicable law. Any lawful limitation will be applied only to the extent permitted by that law.

Changes and ending the service

We may make reasonable changes to improve the service or address security, legal or operational needs. Material changes to these terms will be explained with an updated date and reasonable notice where practical; urgent changes may take effect sooner when necessary. We will seek agreement where applicable law requires it and will not assume that a terms update authorizes unrelated new uses of your personal information. If you disagree with a change, you can stop using the service and contact us about account closure and your data rights.

If the beta ends, we will give reasonable notice where practical and explain available account/data options. Mandatory rights and obligations remain in effect. These terms do not displace protections or remedies that apply to you under mandatory local law.
